Appointments

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change to a robe and relax. To ensure you get your preferred appointment, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa/salon.

“Walk-ins”s are welcome; however, in order to ensure you receive your treatment at your convenience, we strongly suggest you schedule your appointment in advance.

Serenity Spa, Hair & Café is on all-inclusive day spa in the heart of downtown Kingston. All of our clients are welcome to enjoy all of our amenities such as the Serenity café, spa slippers, spa robes and discretionary use of our facilities. As such, a 5% spa fee will be applied to all spa services.

We request a credit card when booking any spa appointments for groups of 3 or more and services exceeding 2 hours. A 15% gratuity will automatically be added for groups of 6 or more.

Spa Etiquette

For the serenity of our guests, we ask that you keep your voice low at all times during your spa experience. So you may enjoy your spa experience and as a courtesy to other spa guests, we also request that you turn off your cell phone.

We regret that we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We suggest that you remove jewelry and other valuables prior to your visit.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for your service.

Express Services

For those inbetween times when you can't quite make a full service, but your body can't wait any longer for attention. We have 25-minutes express services designed to rescue your face, body and feet. Just ask us!

Cancellations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service. A 48 hour notice is required for multiple services or spa package cancellation. Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a $25 per hour fee. Cancellations and no-shows involving a Gift Certificate or Gift Card are subject to the same policies as above.

For Your Comfort

  • At the time of booking your appointment, we request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as there may be contraindications to some services. These include high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or pregnancy.
  • So you may enjoy your spa experience and as a courtesy to other spa guests, we suggest that you turn off your cell phone.
  • We regret that we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
